People on eBay are freekin suckerSS!

Not even joking! I believe the listing said something like, "Used vibrator, perfectly sterile and cleaned though! Brand-new batteries included, and flavored jelly is unopened!"

I was like, "...the fuck...?

-bids-".

:24: Nah, I didn't bid on that shit.

I know someone that was selling a used 8 GB iPod Touch on eBay, which can be bought new for about $300. There was someone bidding like over $400 it... well, after the auction ended, she found out that it was a hacked account bidding on it, so she ended up having to re-list the item. It's cool though how you can make a profit off of stuff like this, haha... people are so clueless.

I like prep/punk/ummm industrial. I dunno how to splain that without sounded el retardo and making it sound as if I like emo freaks. Those skinny jeans on guys are popular now. And I DON'T like them. My son just asked me for some the other day. Although he hates Abercrombie and Hollister. He's a BMX-er and wears like, skate/bmx brands, not this prep stuff.

and...Ugh, I don't wear the clothes, UNLESS they are without the big ASS fawkin logos all over their shit. The only lettering I dig on clothing is "PINK" by Victoria's Secret. Otherwise, "trendwhore" much??

which is proooooobably why she wears it .. she's uber teeny lol duh

Noooo, I mentioned up there...I tend to not be so much of a trendwhore. But the VS pink stuff is sooo cute, it's hard to resist. I find that to be more forgiving in the sense that, yes it's cute, trendy, but not attention whorelike with the female Hollister stuff.

Abercrombie is much better whereas they don't always have stupid, giant logos all over the female stuff.

Well that's shitty. Well for that kind of stuff, look at Pac Sun, Quiksilver, Hurley, etc. A lot of their pants are similar to A&F and Hollister. Without the gay. ;)

30% of my business turnover was on ebay last year..however i wouldnt be rude enough to call any of my buyers "freakin suckers"!!!
i have many repeat customers who have diagnosed medical conditions which mean they are not lucky enough to be able to shop in the more conventional way ,and so consider on line shopping to be service for such people.

Uh...I'm not selling medical supplies, OR conducting business to meet the needs of people with medical problems! If I start a and item out at 7.95, when I paid only 18.90 for it, and I end up getting over 40. for it...yep, SUCKERS.

Suckers are people who see something trendy, don't think about how much it is, OR use their brain enough to go to the actual site and buy the item there instead of paying double on eBay.

Again, SUCKERS.

Conventional shopping?? So clicking a mouse on eBay is easier/more conventional than clicking around on another site? Like, it's just too difficult to click the mouse on a site other than eBay? lol.

oooooooooooooK

actually .. I think what Elle is trying to say .. is people think Ebay stuff is cheaper because it's an auction site. When it may start out cheap but then people get so caught up in "oh fuck that bitch, she isn't getting MY SHIRT" that they end up over paying for stuff.

Also, a lot of people don't "shop around" before buying either. If you spot something on Ebay that looks decently priced .. type it up in Google and search a few websites that are selling it.

I don't go out to the mall often, I'm not home during the times it's open usually, so I shop online alot. Sometimes I end up paying higher prices .. but I am paying for convience .. and not having to wait 3 weeks until I can manage to run to an actual store.

The "idiots" Elle is talking about are the ones who get caught up in the bidding wars and end up over paying for $20+ .. or the ones who don't pay attention to the S/H charges .. and end up paying almost twie as much .. because the seller jacked up the S/H charge to make a huge profit.

And Debbie .. if you are losing clients to the internet .. open a website where they can buy from you that way ;)
