People have an ideal image of what they want life to be. There is a disconnection though from reality and how we create an artificial reality to meet or idealism. In reality, people who have something happen to them for no apparent reason deserved it. We donnot like it, but that doesn't mean it's not a relevant factor. That is why we created society. To make life make sense for our desires.

Scenario. A lawyer convinces a jury to convict an innocent man. The guy does his time, gets out and goes and kills that lawyer. Did the lawyer deserve to be murdered? The answer is yes because that convict needed payback. Humanity cannot govern all reality.

That's the disconnection from reality. I think it's unfortunate and sad, but the convict still has supressed emotions and has to get them expressed no matter what a law says. Law is designed to control people, not to face reality.

So what do you "deserve"?

What gives anyone the "right" to take away all someone else's "rights"

That "right" is an artificial creation made by man, not by nature. There are essentially two realms: Peoples' view of the world we create to fit our idealism and emotions and all other happenings that we cannot control with government or any other entity.

I'll use an obvious example of why I'd be confused with this theory...a baby dies from sudden infant death syndrome. What is your take on that relevant to the baby deserving it?

This has to be one of the most bizarre theories I have ever heard.

In order for this to merit any credibility you would have to completely dismiss any forms of random violence.
There are MANY cases of rape and murder of children and infants, that can NEVER be explained as them deserving it. This alone blows the theory out of the water.

Do you believe man should return to a more basic form of nature then?

The fact that we live in an advanced society governed by morality and consequence is a bad thing?

...... an interesting theory.

So no matter who it is ... what it is that has happened to them .... they just simply "deserve" it?

Yes, if someone doesn't deserve a happening then why would it happen? People donnot have an answer for that because there's no explanation by our man-created society and rules.

Survival of the fittest. Please donnot think I'm insensitive from this because I love kids.

So...

I go out and take a baseball bat to your head or kill your child for NO reason and you're telling me you deserve that.

Man, I couldn't go along those lines of thinking even in my "herbal days" LMAO

I dont really know what to respond to you except it seems your philosophical thought process is just limited. no offense intended
