They started picking on Billy Wolfe in elementary school. In middle school, the assault of vicious words was joined by fists. In high school, it's the same.
When bullies in one Arkansas community, feel the need to beat somebody up, they look for Billy Wolfe.
“I’m not completely sure,” the 16-year-old boy said on Wednesday on TODAY when asked why his life has been one of black eyes, cuts and bruises.
With his mom, Penney Wolfe, at his side, the Fayetteville, Ark., student watched as videos play. One shows a bully jumping him on the school bus and slamming his head against the window. Another, taken by a bully’s accomplice, shows a kid getting out of a car at Billy’s bus stop, walking purposefully up to him, and slugging him in the face.
“They get away with it, so they think they can just keep doing it,” Billy told TODAY co-host Matt Lauer. “I don’t really know what started it. Maybe ’cause I moved here in elementary school and it followed me all the way to high school.”

Sue Sue Sue... It's a friggen bully. No ever used to sue over such fucking nonsense in the past. Everyones looking for easy money instead of dealing with the situation in the right way.

I'd of taken a steel baseball bat to dudes head.

I don't blame them one bit .. someone needs to LIGHT A FIRE under these little punk ass kids asses .. and if sueing their parents is the only way (you, as a parent, are financially responsible for ANYTHING your kid does until they turn 18) .. then do it ANY way you can by god.

I hope their parents lock them in their rooms for a year .. see how cool they think they are for pummeling/harrassing/degrading someone then.

I would BEAT my son's ass right there IN FRONT of his friends. god, and everybdoy ... if I found out he was doing something like that to someone/anyone.

It's fucking ridiculous to jus tliterally torture a person like that.
 
You think that .. until it's happening .. in most cases, because you are dealing with jouvaniles .. nothing is "really" ever done. You can't put them in jail, or make them pay fines .. they put them in juvi ove rnight and then they are PISSED and do more to them .. why?

Because the parents of these "bullies" do NOTHING .. maybe when THEY (the parents) have to start taking some responsibility for their bastard offsprings actions .. maybe then they'll do something about them.

did any of you guys ever see the fight between 3 teenage girls that was posted on youtube? (it has been taken down) It was 2 girls beating the tar out of 1 girl. Ticked me off watching that. It baffles me how kids can be so mean
 
bullying is the most cowardly thing someone can do.......aggression to someone who wont fight back......go through with sueing them i say.....it might send a message out to other bullies that its got to stop and make they're parents wake up to they're kids bullying ways

If you'd been taking it daily your whole school career .. you prolly would feel differently. It's easy to make assumption on what you'd do .. when it isn't you it's happening to.

Once a person's will power has been broken .. they don't respond/act like "normal" people would/will.

these are the people that do that .. the people who usually do "school shootings" do it because they've been picked on and harrassed their whole life by their peers .. they have literaly been a live punching bag .. and one day they wake up and decide they aren't going to take it anymore.

That's why parents should monitor and PUNISH their children for being mean like this to other kids. I mean, you can tell when your kid is a bully .. that type personality isn't hard to spot .. thing is .. a LOT of parents think it's funny or cute that their kid is "tough".

Some actually encourage it .. sadly enough.

I whole heartedly agree. Parents need to keep better tags on their underaged children and discipline them better.

You talk about "doing things the right way" and then talk about nothing more than an illegal act of assault. AKA Revenge.

Give me a break.

Ever dealt with a bully in school? Teachers can only do so much anymore, principles and Guidance counsellors never seemed to give a shit, so the guy who hated high school continues to hate high school until he graduates.
