As a a parent of two kids, for me reward and correction works well. When I celebrate their small successes with a “good job” or a "high five", it boosts confidence. I usually avoid scolding or punishment. Instead, I guide them to fix their mistakes. Immediate, specific feedback helps children understand what they’ve done right, or what they can improve. It keeps them motivated and encourages them to keep trying.

I’m not a parent yet, but I’ve learned that patience, clear communication, and consistent routines work best from what I’ve seen. Also, staying calm and leading by example seems to make a big difference in guiding kids positively.
