Previous to War on Terror the Talibans were restricted to border areas adjoining Afghanistan or Afhanistan itself but due to 'war' being counterproductive they have spread over to different parts of Pakistan under disguise,,,,or as 'refugees from Afghanistan'. There is no writ of govt in areas dominated by Talibans who have their own laws and customs not in consonance with common Pakistani's. However, they look like their cousins the Pashtuns living near the borders and have learnt to speak their language and adopted their customs and culture. Their culture or customs are NOT same or even similar to those of common Pakistani's.....
