We're in PA. And yeah she picks at her feathers. She started when I got pregnant and it became worse after the baby.
shes bored......which makes her frustrated......you need to try and occupy her mind somehow to get her out of the habit of plucking
yeah we know all about that, and we've tried a lot of things. we just need to find her a home where someone will really love her.
thought of contacting a breeder?
or the simplest thing of all........buying another cage and a budgie......and putting it next to the greys cage......that has actually worked....the grey gets engrossed in another bird
