Nahhh, I'm cool.
I've ran this game before so I know what Zirc is going thru.
Through luck of the draw one of her tribes was crushing the other one. She HAD TO do something.
It just so happens that me, GDW, Sammy, Carn and Hart have a challenge record of 5-1 and get the shaft while Maulds, Zorak, Boom and whoever else have a record of 1-5 and are looking pretty.
But hey... my Bucs were 10-6 and missed the playoffs while 7-9 Seattle got in. Life isn't fair and sometimes winning isn't the important thing to success.
What's the next challenge, Z?

One could argue that they aren't looking pretty at all, since they don't have a numbers advantage anywhere . There is an equal amount of original Sparta on THEIR tribe. It's possible that they could be picked off one by one and only one member left when the merge happens. The reality is all of the original members of Sparta are still in the game except for the one who chose to leave voluntarily. So Spartas advantage is as strong as ever, if it were to play out strictly along tribal lines.
I would just like to say that ALL the Spartans are ugly. :ninja

Not odd, we all knew it was happening one side or another. Trojans could of lost two players also.

And what's all this about making it sound like Zirc handicapped the game for Trojans? I highly doubt she took pitty on them loosing.

Immunity Challenge
This next challenge is going to start later today but I'm going to lay it out for you guys and let you get organized. This will be done in pairs; one person from each team going head to head. I will give each pair a category, "colours", for example. One person will post a word from that category, let's say "violet". The other person will then have to post a word from that category that starts with the last letter of the previous word. In this case "teal" would be acceptable. I should probably also mention that all words played must be in English. The two players will continue back and forth until one of them is stumped. Once a round has started between a pair of players they will have one minute from the previous post to post their word. We will go according to the time stamp on the posts. If one person posts at 7:34, the next person can post no later than 7:35. If a player cannot think of a word in one minute the other player will be declared the winner and gain a point for their tribe. The first tribe to get three points wins immunity.
I will make a separate thread for each pairing in the word games section of the forum. Players may play in multiple rounds, however they may not play two rounds in a row. Matchups will be determined by who is available at the same time. I am not available from 8:30am to 5:00pm Central. Any other times are fair game. I would like to have this challenge completed by tomorrow evening.

I know quite a few will probably be online in the evening so we could probably get a few rounds done then. If a couple of you from across the pond want to do one at 3:00am (my time) I'm cool with that too. Discuss amongst yourselves.

I'm hoping that if I get colours, we can use paint names those are all over the shop! Practically any word becomes a colour!

Hmmm, gonna be a bit tricky - my net tends to hiccup and crash fairly often. I will have to work extra hard to pull this off in the 1 minute limit.... also.. you do know that this is EXTRA hard for the ones whose native is not English, right? I am fluent, but I still have difficulties sometimes. :unsure:
Different challenges play to different people's strengths. While you're on a team, where one person lacks another can make up the slack. :thumbup
