thanks everyone!! It definately makes you feel good when you see you have lost weight!! Im gonna do some working out at my computer for a few.. I cant go to the gym today because I gotta grab my kids :(

A tip for those of you with slow metabolisms-- Eat smaller portions more often, 6 small meals a day are far better for you then 3 big ones. It speeds up your metabolism, but make sure you limit the amount in a portion before you start eating or you my eat too much!

My goal is 110 by the end of the summer hehe I am only at like 137, but it was from 160 to 110 in a year, I've lost 20 pounds but I grew up an inch or two at the same time and gained weight that way

I was trying to gain weight. I wanted to be 120 so I would be at the perfect body fat for making babies.

I have backslid this week. The weather has been bad every day and my mom made a pie and my wife baked cookies. I am holding steady no weight loss this week.
