Orders came in last week..

i put in for some orders and actually got them. i am going to VAW-125. its an air squadron, E2C Hawkeyes or something. i will be the IT over there. they are stationed here in norfolk, va for now. there is rumor that are going to Ca though. its all rumor though...keeping my fingers crossed that they stay here. i would hate to put my girl and our newborn through that huge move.

bacon, your an air guy aren't you. i know you deal with the weapons side, but if i remember correctly, your an AZ or something.?.?.?

That squadron is at NAS Norfolk. You will proabbly stay there. But You will be packing everytrhing the Squadron owns several times a year and then flying it overe to your Aircraft Carrier in San Diego where you will have to Hump your crusie boxes and Electronic gear up and down the ladders to move it in to your Ship workspace. i talked to my father who is a commander over at the naval saftey center. he works with a LT whos husband is with 124. he talked to his friends over at 125 and found out they aren't going anywhere anytime soon... i might be in luck...
