I feel more comfortable with sketching..

Given that most liked the painting, Isn't it true that paintings start from sketches anyway, right? :unsure:

I miss doing sketches and charcoal paintings! Totally stopped doing it in High school :ninja

Faces I have problems with... they don't turn out the way I see them in my minds eye.. so... I do portraits poorly.

I have that same problem with portraits!

That's what got me frustrated as my cousin does portraits so well! I wanted to be like him. Instead of developing it tho'--- as a rebellious, hormone-filled teenager- i gave up on art for good. Bad decision eh?
