One handed egg cracking

I fail..I can crack one yes..but I can not crack an egg with one hand and open the egg to release the contents without making a mess.
How about you?

But do you let the yolk out with 1 hand or 2? I can crack it with one hand, but I can't expel the goop without 2.

I always use two I might be able to do it with one but I like to be really careful and look closely so that there are no shell
pieces in my egg
