so yeah tomorrow is my wedding shower...and as i was driving to the town where the shower is going to be held earlier tonight...i realized that I have NEVER ever been to a wedding shower. Ummm do i have to give a speech or anything?! wtf im so nervous now, like 75 people, half of whom I've probably met once ever in my life (parents friends), and I dunno whats gonna even happen! omg...i hate crowds. Free presents...im just gonna keep thinking about that part. lol. I looked at my bridal registries and almost EVERYTHING I've requested has been purchased already! tomorrow is gonna rock like christmas! I will post lts and lots of pics. Yeah but what am i supposed to expect at the shower?

haha there is no need for a speech. Although everything that you open you should say what you got. B/c there are people that can't see and it's a lot more polite than opening a present, throwing it to the side and say hand me another one! You should expect a lot of congratulations. And probably asking to see the ring and where you'll be going on your honeymoon blah blah blah. And then when you're done opening the presents make sure you go around and thank each and every person. lol I know that sounds terrifying.
I went through the exact same thing with my bridal shower, everything that i described up above. And there have been people in my family that I have only seen every once in awhile. And i had to deal with them too. I hated it lol.

P.S. Make sure you wear the hat with all the bows from the presents!!! That is a must!!

a hat? omg...*blushes* im wayyy too easily embarrassed in front of weird old ladies. These are all people from my parents church..which means i have to watch my mouth, and NOT mention the fact that we're living together already. lmao. oh my god...someone shoot me nowww!!!! at least my sisters and a few of my close friends will be there to protect me. lol. i just have this weird feeling im going to forget to do something and its going to look incredibly rude but really its just me not knowing any better...*sigh* *thinks about the presents*

ohh that would be cool! most of the gifts on my list are like housewares and stuff. I will post pics when i open themm! my favs are my dishes i picked out...sooo pretty. Most of the stuff is from Bed Bath and Beyond and Dillards. I'm gonna look like a total goofball in my dress. i have to wear pantyhose because im too poor to go tanning and my legs are atrociously white.
