I was at the gym the other day and there was this guy in there that was doing sit-ups and crunches and shit. He kept lifting his shirt up and looking at himself in the mirror after every set. I seriously lol'd when I saw him do that. Come on dude, they aren't gonna get any more toned or buff, or whatever the word is, after just a couple of sets. Go somewhere else to make love to yourself in the mirror.
