OMFG...I ran over my cat.

I've been on the fence for most of this and have tolerated posts from HO, but I'm at my fill. His posts are rarely helpful, thought provoking, or relevant. He willfully changes the topic of any post he wishes to be about him (see http://www.offtopicz.net/21089-most-days-i-feel-invisible.html).

His personality swings from being abusive and condescending to remorseful and depressed. It is my opinion that he has found that by displaying these emotions in a certain way, he can extract the most attention and conflict out of the community. This can be evidenced by those who have claimed that he was "making progress." He is taking advantage of the kindness, sympathy, and tolerance of both the OTz staff and its members. Crudely put, he's an attention whore. And while it may be true that he has emotional or psychological problems, in my estimation this forum should not be a place to diagnose, treat, or put up with his behavior. There are numerous members on here, both silent and vocal who no longer wish to put up with it.

I can honestly say that his presence here makes my experience less enjoyable and from here henceforth I will do whatever I can to ignore him.
as said before you have that choice and putting him on ignore may be in your best interest that being said this is a forum where we welcome all people and thats why I love this place so much. We cant all get along all of the time with varying personalities

The ignore button, the report button, and the rep button all work great. Use them - as that will be more useful to staff than wading through threads like these that can possibly lead to dissension on the board - which is their job to try and keep to a minimum so that the board remains enjoyable.

Lets refrain from trying to incite a riot here Ria. If there are problems, PM a mod that is on, we'll take care of it.

Well I've obviously missed a lot over the weekend but why are HO's threads the biggest? Because he's very clever at attention seeking. This thread is best answered with a

"Yes, community work would be very worthwhile HO. Please start and actual start a decent thread when you've started to let us all know how it went!:)"
