Watched one of the two Harlow boys in action in his rowing team this morning, they qualified for the final by destroying the defending champions, USA, in the heats and clocking up a faster time than the Canadians too, looking a very strong prospect for a gold! The other Harlow boy, Peter Cousins, gets going in the Judo on Thursday.

Let's be frank, beach volleyball is not a serious sport. If your any good at volleyball you don't play it on the beach.
