I went outside to cover up our Staghorn fern cuz it's gonna freeze tonight and a wolfie spider sneaked inside. I heard PBBB scream which brought Roxi & Addy & PS out to look.

While the girls were freaking out, I went to get the flyswatter while mumbling about 'girls' and then PS lifted the picture it was hiding behind off the wall and I slapped it to the wall. It must have just eaten or something cuz it's guts splattered everywhere. Including my face & my hair.yuk I too screamed like a girl, grabbed PS for a second of centering and then ran off to the shower... Yep, I too am a girl.... But at least I killed it's ass dead....:rockon:

I have a picture of a wolf spider on my phone... with his eyes glaring from the flash. He looks like a demon spider! Found him standing in the hallway staring at me. He didn't survive, either. :eek

Thank you, but I don't consider myself brave. I consider it not passing the irrational fear I used to have of them down to PBBB.

hehehehehehehehehehe...... Before I met PS I was camping at Ocala National Forest. I was scrounging around for fire wood. First, I walked under a web (that I didn't even see) that was so strong it pulled my head back willy_nilly: then as I was getting over that and looking for wood again, I was walking and looking down and I saw a piece of wood and as I was reaching for it a large Golden Orb on her web came into focus in front of the wood. Had my face gone right into that spider I would have had screamed like a little girl, had a heart attack and then packed up all my shit and gone home. :24:

So, I've been in SpiderTherapy for a while now

I came back to Floriduh was I was 14. It was probably w/in the first month that a huge Palmetto Bug (big roach) flew at me. I completely freaked. It got away from my dad and I really didn't want to go to sleep that night knowing that huge, flying, roach was still in the house. I got over them pretty quickly. Whap! Dead. My spider fear lingered longer... Now, if Wolfie's could fly........ I might have to move.....:nod::wtf:
