Taken with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II + 35mm f1.4 lens at 35mm; 1/30 sec at f4 (-0.7 e/v); ISO 800 (not that it would make any difference to know the settings etc....)

Though it hasn't said whether flash (there are signs that flash has been used) plus whether some post processing to bring up certain details has been done on the image...oh well, guess it is a lucky photographer
