A man....sticking his junk in a hole of an inanimate object, with kids nearby. I HOPE some judgement is made. Sure, it's not rape of a human, manslaughter, etc., but it's not something children need to be exposed to. It's indecent, so public indecency is perfectly fitting a charge for this.
