Most OB/Gyn's will tell you that you only need your period 4 times a year and to continue on birth control constantly and only take the placebo 4 times a year for a week.
Can it seriously be healthy to stop your period completely? Doesn't the uterun lining start to build up over time? Or does the pill stop the entire process?
it is the same concept as the shot...i didnt have a period for over a year and it was great, but VERY rarely is it "great" for most women. There are some MAJOR side effects...it COULD be great for you, but chances are it wont be. I got lucky! The 2nd time I tried getting on the shot I had EVERY side effect in the book...and some pretty gross ones too One that is even permanent that I am way too embarrassed to talk about
birth control medication, all of it, i think sucks! but thats mostly because ive had horrible horrible side effects with everything at least once. I use natural forms, which are just as effective. Get to know the mucus method if you dont already!
its really not gross...well not if you dont mind touching your own juice lol. CONTRACEPTION - CMM
it is 98% effective if you do it correctly. Doing it correctly is the trick though!
