I refused on principle to pick fucking fat Frank Lampard, he might be off anyway! My personal hot tip though who I think will prove to be a real bargain is Parker in midfield for West Ham. The guy never got a chance through injury last season but is probably our best midfielder. Also Ashton up front for West Ham could be good buy.
