Well it's our office X-mas party today! :nanajig: It is soo fun. We all wrap a white elephant gift, although a lot of them are very nice. And exchange them back and forth before the party. Then, during the party are names are drawn twice and we can exchange it with anyone in the room.
We are having a potluck, which I think is the best. I, of course, volunteered to bring potato chips and dip
But Joe has today off and he is making his breadsauce.....YUM! It's a dish he learned how to make from his father in Ireland. I don't know how it got to be a guy's specialty but I don't care, it's good.
We brought in our cooler. People's eyes always pop out when they see our cooler. it takes two people to carry, we can easily get the four 12 packs in it. When we take it camping we can store a week's worth of food in it! I've never seen a bigger one.
This is probably the only X-mas party we are going to (no alcohol, of course) so I am gonna enjoy it.
I'm in a long deeply green suede shirt with sparkly buttons, and stirrup pants, very tight, red high heel shoes (for me high)
and a X-mas pin. I wore a little more make-up today and I must say, I look pretty good. If it were other than work I wouldn't have worn my bra, but alas, I did.
