So I've been searching for an external hard drive to back up my current external (WHAT ABOUT BACKING UP YOUR BACK UP EXTERNAL) and I went into the officedepot store and they had nothing at a reasonable price. However going onto their website, I found a 750gb external for 70 bucks with free next day shipping. So I went ahead and purchased it and now im being toyed around with office depots shipping company.
Spose to be delivered on May 18th, the tracking site even said it was left on my front door. So I call some number and they immediately tell me it will be redelivered on May 20th, without any defensive statements or even declaring this to be my fault (suspicious?) Friday comes and goes and I again receive nothing. So I call again and they tell me they switched the shipping to UPS, and it should arrive Monday. Everytime I order via UPS, I receive my package at 11:30 to 1pm. Thats happened everytime, and that time has passed today. Granted I have until 5pm until its a noshow, but I do not have much hope left. So at 3pm I will call them to reschedule a 4th delivery date.
Im positive my current issue isnt much of a big deal compared to most people, just more of a delay. Anyone here have shipping nightmares when ordering online?
