We've got everything that I can think of aside from pies. I can't decide if I want to make them from scratch again or if I want to cheat and buy them. I'm thinking I want to cheat lol.

i have to get the turkey in its salt bath, make a few pies, and get the house cleaned.
One of these days I will try that. I hear good things from people. My mom and sister are bringing Dessert this year.

Tonight after my late class I'm making Red Lobster ripoff cheddar bay biscuits for the hell of it. I won't have anything to prep, because I just bought my parents Stove Top, and Sara Lee pies :p (hey, I'm effin busy and can't eat it anyway).

Tomorrow my dad will cook the turkey and I will make:
Russet/sweet mashed potatoes
Balsamic/mushroom green beans
I'm going to bake some apples
aaaand roast assorted potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, beets, onions and parsnips

I may have said this in another thread lol

Hope everything goes well for everyone, and they can relax! :)

I have to paint my hallway tonight while I make some of the side dishes for tomorrow...then wash the floors. I should be up till 12. All Ill have to do tomorrow is the turkey.:) If my aunt wants to come over, I'll have to also pick her up and get her home...Not too much more.

I had a dream my stuffing was dry and crappy. Let's hope it was just a dream and not a premonition. ;)

I've been occupying the kitchen all day and I'm not done yet! The benefit of having a family dinner for immediate family (those who live under my roof) is that I'll serve the meal when I'm good and ready! Ha!

My dad cooks the driest ass turkey ever on earth. He's a chef. It makes no sense.

Otherwise, all of the Panacea cooked food was amazing ;)
I made half russet and half sweet mashed potatoes with greek yogurt...so good, they turned out so well I was in shock.
Otherwise the vegetables and balsamic green bean thing went fine.
And the cheddar bay biscuits were good!

I'm cooking some apple and pumpkin pies right now, and baking apples.
