I don't really think Obama should be blamed. We were in recession last year, under Bush.
Obama is exacerbating things with his moronic spending.

I never said he was to blame for the recession.

It was there thanks to the morons in DC on both sides of the aisle.

Now he is throwing flames on the fire.

We'll have to wait and see what happens... I'm not judging anything until we see what happens.

It's not something he can turn around overnight.

history tells us what will happen

instead of a couple of years of pain for the economy to seeks it natural level this plastic stimulus will result in years of slow water torture just like with FDR

Then our grand children will be left to pay for the mess our govt left behind.

Ah well... I'm still waiting to reserve judgment. To each their own.

That is because you probably voted for him.

I never had those blinders

Well I certainly couldn't vote for McCain... as always, I choose the lesser of what I believe to be the two evils. I don't consider myself a Republican or a Democrat, so it's not really anything to do with party lines.

I was just messing with ya

Have not seen enough of your political views to judge

Still anybody who voted for him is going to not be at the head of the pack viewing the negatives of his policies.

Keynesian economics does not work

The liberals hate to hear it but when taxes go down the economy recovers and the govt always ends up with more income. The liberals despise Reagan because of his spending and ignore the fact that trickle down did provide more income. Amazingly the thing they railed on him about was his increasing the national debt. Well the Anointed One made Reagan look like a piker in that regard. One month in and he already has added 10% to the debt. At some point in time this can not continue. But as long as a liberal is doing the spending it appears it is just fine and dandy :willy_nilly:

Honestly... I wish we still had some true Republicans around still... would have been nice to have a real candidate.
