I don't even own scales and have no idea what I weigh currently. I only weigh myself when I visit my parents.

I am trying to get fit this year by increasing exercise and looking at my diet.

My weight has been up and down 6 lbs. the past 2 days. I just have too many other issues going on to worry with it. Cancer centers want me back on regular blood work after my next bone marrow biopsy Feb. 6. I was at 213 this morning and IF I behave for another day or two could easily get to 210 again.
