My goal will be 1500.
I'm a cyclist, so the majority of my workouts are on my trainer when it's so cold outside. When it's nice, I will ride the trails outside or ride roadside if the roads are in good condition. Friday's I ride the Chinese Downhill here, so that will be my friday workout.
Twice a week I do strength training for my upper body to stay in shape for mountain bike season.

this builds stamina,..as well as strengthening the legs...i dont recommend the thorns though
No ma'am, not cheating at all!!!So I was thinking this morning as I was walking the dogs.... I should have been counting my dog walks towards my exercise... DUH!
Is it cheating if I go back and add my two 10 minute dog walks per day??
