Yesterday my old neighbor lady shot one of my 7month old puppies in the shoulder. I just happen to be pulling up the driveway when I seen her fall on the ground and hollering. I went to go pick her up and take her to the vet but she ran from me. I never could find her all day yesterday. I was heart broken. I just knew that she had ran off somewhere to die. I called animal control on that bitch and filed for her to have a court ordered psych eval. I hate her.
Well just a little bit ago, Betty (my puppy) just showed up out of the clear blue. One front leg is all swollen and she is hobbling on it. My husband says that it is probably best to put her out of her misery but I cant handle that. I cant stand it at all. It hurts my heart so bad. She is such a good dog and never had done anything to hurt anyone.

WHY WOULD SHE SHOOT A SEVEN MONTH OLD PUPPY?

I hope she gets charged. I don't care what your mental state is, you don't hurt an animal if it isn't attacking you to the point of death.

Don't let your girl be in pain, though. If something can be done, by all means, do it. But if there is nothing to ease her pain, euthanasia is probably best.

I know how you feel. My dog and my best friend when I was little got shot in the neck, and we had to put her down. I was heartbroken.

You showed some good self control not going over and beating her to death. I hope you nail her to the wall in court. Sorry to hear about the dogs condition but you may have to put it down in the end. For now just keep it company and help it out around the house.
That lady is an :asshole

hope the dog makes it and you're neighbor gets to pay a nice big bill from the vet, i'm not up on the law in you're state but if the dog was shot in you're yard she could get jail time.

Yes, I would take her to the Vet too. If something can be done then they can do it whether it is fix her up or, Heaven forbid, put her down.

I agree with the others, take her to the vet, perhaps they can fix her up.

I would see what the vet sais can be done, If it was a clean shot which seems like it would be if the dog is still moving, Then they can probably remove the bullet and treat any infection with antibiotics, To which all this the bitch who shot the puppy should be made responsible to pay for it.

The vet gave her some antibiotic shot and says she may be crippled for the rest of her life. Bless her little heart. I have cried so much today over her.
But this bitch neighbor Dora hasnt been back to her house since yesterday afternoon. Im wondering if she is laying low.

we can press charges on her. Betty (the puppy) wasnt even on her property. I dont know if there is even any way to prove that or not.

The puppies know how to jump the fence. And we have had them on the chain for weeks now but figured we would let them off for a day or two and let them get some exercise. I guess they decided to go roaming. i guess the crazy neighbor lady thought she would just take a shot at them. Who knows what she thinks half the time. Sometimes I wonder if she trys to run us off because the property we bought use to be hers.

That has to suck ass really bad. I have no idea how I would feel if I found out that something happened to my cat.

Well you have to agree, sometimes I want to shoot some of my neighbour's dogs myself... but not harmless little puppies. I mean that is just a gigantic :wtf

I guess some people just can't apply simple common sense or any sort of positive judgement.
