He's not a doctor Roxi. He's a combat medic, an EMT of sorts - like the guys who arrive in the ambulance at the car wreck.

I am 21 and i dont have any degree. I am a combat medic. I went to school for about 5 months on trauma, but im taught to manage sports injuries and illnesses kind of OJT. Sometimes we dont have access to a doctor or PA so I am all they have. The guys take awesome care of me, simply because im the one doc (medic) of the platoon.

Yeah i got in some trouble last night too.
