been so long i went out and not talking shopping that need to be done

anyway friday i will be all alone all night (husband and son going to another city for the night) will be nice if i had some friends to go out

the friends i see most times and thats 2.. we usually go out as with rest of the family and mostly a bbq or something at homes

I have no female frieds that i can go out on a girl night or something never had before actually
will be nice once to see how it is

oh well i guess maybe i get a bottle of drink or something and have a party myself and maybe pretend my cats are the friends if i get too drunk

anyway i think the drink will be out too i dont feel too good to drink anyway
if i do till then i will drink

was thinking to go to bed but insted i made a ham and tomato sandwich
i felt very dizzy before i guess having only 3 meals each day only ..this past 3 days... and been light meals only dinner that is not light and cut the 4th one out the late night food was too little for me

i know sound a lot still but i do not snack cakes cookies ...and stuff like this ..i do sometimes but most times it is the food never was big fan on snacks
anyway already lost a kilo this 3 days
