It has it's moments but usually it isn't freezing cold all over..

The average winter temp where I live I think is around -8C...

ohhh That's cold! We always used to have mild winters here, the weather used not change a whole lot all year round, but the last couple of years they've started getting alot colder

I guess it's all what you get used to. The temps drop slowly.. you adjust a bit... and then keep going like that...

-8C isn't cold at the time.. but if I went somewhere right now that was -8C I would be freezing my tail off..

that's true enough I suppose, I don't really mind the cold that much (it beats rain anyway) The only thing that bothers me about it is driving when the roads are icy

That's a different skill set. I am not fond of driving in it but I am used to it.

I love the snow and ice...driving it doesn't bother me. However, many of the other people on the roads attempting to drive in it can be quite frustrating. Many people here in Ohio act as if snow and ice is a new concept...like they've never seen it before.

I don't mind driving it if people aren't being stupid around me

People here either drive too fast, ignoring the fact that there is ice on the road or they drive way too slow...which reminds me of the elderly out on a Sunday afternoon drive.
