I don't know what happened but a 36 year old spending time with a 20 year old is suffering an early midlife crises and considering he has a wife and three sons who depend on him. I see a lot of things in this that go against the grain for me.

Well if she just bought the gun it brings two things to mind. Afraid of the ex boyfriend. Or she finally figured out McNair was not gonna get the divorce and she went off the deep end.
if she were afraid of the ex-boyfriend, why would she call him to bail her out of jail when she was recently arrested for DUI? my money is on the fact that when the gun powder residue test comes back it will show that she murdered him.

- Kazemi was pulled over for DUI Thursday morning between 1-1:30 AM. McNair was a passenger but was allowed to leave the scene via taxi with another person. Kazemi admitted to being high.
-Thursday night, Kazemi purchased a semi-automatic pistol. Police will not say who she got the gun from.
- Early Saturday morning, McNair meets Kazemi at his Nashville condo.
- 1:30 PM Saturday, 911 call is made alerting police of the shootings. Police believe bodies were actually discovered before 1 PM -- cops are "concerned" about the time lapse.
Cops are still waiting for ballistics tests and gunshot residue reports to classify Kazemi's death.

Wow! I really didn't think it was going to turn out that way, but if that's what the evidences says, that is it.
I can't imagine what the scene must have been leading up to her shooting him. He was found sitting on the couch. She must have been extremely emotional, but yet she took him by surprise? He didn't attempt to elude her?
Again, the evidence seems to have spoken.
Fits what I expected. A real shame. Other than the recent choices McNair seems to have always been a good guy.
