News From Whitey!

I know a lot of you newer people here wont know who I'm talking about but the oldies will! Just got a bulletin on myspace from him

"I'll give you the bad news first so we can get that out of the way and get on to the good news.
The bad news is that I got transferred to a new ship and am deploying to the shitty Persian Gulf tomorrow for six months. Geez, it seems like I was just there less than a year ago. Oh yeah, that's right, I WAS there less than a year ago. Oh well, that's the Navy for you.


Now for the GOOD NEWS! Who's gonna be a daddy again? That's right... this guy! We are expecting August 29th, so with any luck I will be home about three weeks before that. We had the first ultrasound today and the little tyke is already on the move, squirming around like crazy. Even though I have three kids already, it is still an amazing sight to see a tiny little human squirming around in it's mommy's tummy. I recommend it to everyone!

So there you have it. I say good day!"

That is very sad to hear, he has barely had time home withhis family. Anyway, tell him we are routing for him and hope he is safe at all times.

I'm jealous! The guy's the same age as me and going to be a dad for the FOURTH time! Then again, I'm not jealous about having to go away in the Navy!

They were both stationed out there at the same time too, do you remember?

Steve and I pm'd a lot when he was away before, so at that time, I didn't know about the other whitey - the confusion was amusing to say the least, bless them.

I wish he had still been posting though.
