Anybody else gonna be cooking up some ham, black-eyed peas, collards, and cornbread? I actually have to work a double tomorrow, so I just finished up my collards and have my black-eyed peas soaking. It was my first time making fresh collards and I have to say, they're fucking delicious. My roommate won't eat any of it, so I'll have plenty for NYE and NYD. Yum!!!
