I don't think Abcinthia was actually asking at all, she was just saying that she doesn't see the point in franchises that keep churning out sequels, and your posts didn't change how she feels.
It's the internet, people like to state how their opinion even if someone else has already said they feel that way too. In fact that's sort of the whole point of a forum, lots of people talking about their opinions.
Well I know that, but at least change it up a little bit. It wouldn't be much fun having a discussion if, for example, thirty people said, "I like candy..." and then two people said, "Oh...I hate candy". Ya know?
