What's the use of these button(`````not bottom```i made a mistake)

l know the first one tells if the person is on line.
the second one and the third one,i can't open the web page

And what's the different between quote and multi?

If i made a mistake,which button should i click to edit it again,or can i just
delete it?

Quote is when you are trying to quote what just one person is saying
Multiquote is when you have something to say to several people in one post
Under your avatar that 1st symbol you were righ Shows a person is online
The Second is repputation you click that and say something when you liek or dislike what a user is saying
and the thrd one I'm not sure and I'm afraid to click on it.. :(

The 3rd one looks sorta like that. It is the "Report Post" function. You use it only for very specific purposes. If it's used improperly....you'll hear about it from Admin.

If you feel that someone has posted something brutally offensive, perhaps has used derogatory language, racial slurs, improper pictures, solicitation of a minor... serious offenses along those line, then you click that icon. I believe you have the opportunity to explain what is "wrong" with the post. You submit it and the Admin are able to view the reported posts.

They can then take appropriate action if needed. They might remove a picture, delete the post, PM the user...or other actions that they feel are appropriate. But don't automatically click it for something as simple as an argument. It's meant to report very serious and inappropriate posts only.
