This might be a silly question, but doesn't the place you went last year still have the templates? They usually save them for the future if you want to order the same design again... and it would be cheaper since you don't have to buy the templates again... :dunno

That's what's bugging me, too. It seems like there needs to be more pieces and they need to be turned different ways.

I think a quick fix for the "O" would be to just have the heart be the center of it...instead of having the inner circle and the heart...I was trying to work up an example, but I'm limited with what I have at work.
