need php help please

HI,
for one a new to these posts, need some help here. Am building a rather simple website and am working on the administrator web page. am trying to get a hold off how i can use the session function to prevent other users from checking history or pressing the back button to check out some pages...how the hell can i get to that really well???thanks guys

You mean like on secured sites where if you hit the back button it displays "page cannot be found"?
