Toes in the water...
I am crocheting a scarf for a friend who has been trying to get it done for four years now, and I'm getting near the end.
He gave me some room for doing what I think works best, and I'm struggling because I feel like he has something in mind but doesn't know how to express it.
I'm doing large sections of grey and navy, alternating. He wants fringe on the end and all I've been told is to make a LOT of fringe.
I don't know whether to end with two greys or a grey and a navy. And then do I use both colors in the fringe? Or if I end with two greys, should I just do navy fringe? I asked him, and got a non-answer answer... sigh.
I found a few pics that have some of the ideas. Can y'all let me know which one(s) you like most?
Ends on alternating colors, with opposite color fringe:
Ends on same color with alternating fringe:
Ends on same color with opposite fringe:
Or something like this with mixed fringe:
... in which case, end on same color, or alternating?
I think I like the same color with opposite fringe, but I just can't commit
