I'm doing Southbeach and I've really liked it. I feel WAY better than I used to...not to mention I've lost 51 pounds.![]()
It really DOES work...my doctor said my weight loss has inspired him to try Southbeach again, LOL. I started Southbeach officially in mid-April so we're looking at 3 months I've been doing it now and I've lost 51 pounds.I've been thinking about doing that actually

Oh honey, these curves ain't going nowhere. I've got a naturally large frame and I know that I won't be able to get down too low.
