I'm doing Southbeach and I've really liked it. I feel WAY better than I used to...not to mention I've lost 51 pounds.
It really DOES work...my doctor said my weight loss has inspired him to try Southbeach again, LOL. I started Southbeach officially in mid-April so we're looking at 3 months I've been doing it now and I've lost 51 pounds. It's pretty easy, actually, you just cut out sugars and anything w/ white flour or enriched flour and try to stay away from processed foods...the rest kinda falls in to place. I've got some really good recipes in the Cooking forum.I've been thinking about doing that actually

Oh honey, these curves ain't going nowhere. I've got a naturally large frame and I know that I won't be able to get down too low.
