I'm desperately looking for a video converter that I can use to take mp4's and convert them into avi's or mpg's. I'm putting together a Powerpoint presentation to send back home, and I know they won't have converters for mp4's..... any suggestions?

After doing some more checking, I think AVS might be the solution, but how effective is it, or is it like so many others where it leaves you with such low res it's not even funny?
