I'll start with how I was injured. I was riding my skateboard with my dog and I was wearing wrist guards and knee pads. Because I break bones easily so I am super careful.

My dog ran in front of my board and it was eaither run into my dog, fall, hurt my dog, or fall of the board to the side, and hurt myself. I fell off the board. I landed really weird on my right wrist The guard pinched up hard against my hand and cut into it. Then it hurt pretty bad, so I went home.

Then it wasn't to sore that night... So I just forgot about did what I ussually did, then fell asleep. Well at school yesterday it started to hurt, really bad. I can do something likes typing, without much pain a all. But, whenever I twist my wrist or open my locker (Put my forefinger and my thumb on the thing and pull up) it is the most excruciating pain I have ever expeirenced, When I'm not expecting it I usually gasp, or cry out..

My mom aksed if I needed to go to the doctor.. I told her no cuz its only when I do certain things... It's a sharp pain on the right side of my wrist. When I tried to wear the wrist guard again it hurt really really bad. Anything serious enough to go to the doctor? I don't want it to get any worse...

lol, I just hate going thru the hassle and taking up his time when there is nothing wrong with me... and the only time I can go to the doctor is fridays and saturdays, cuz those are the only days when my mom isn't at work...

Huh? So your mom can't take you to check if your friggin wrist is fractured? Anyone else? It's obviously not broken. Could just be a bad sprain, but a fracture is not out of the question. Either way, the doc would just put it in a splint. Maybe you could make a makeshift one, and keep your hand elevated as much as possible. Take ibuprophen for the swelling.

Seeing a doctor is a good idea. It could just be a sprain (when I sprained my ankle it was SO painful that I just knew it had to be broken) or it could be a hairline fracture. The only way to tell for sure is an x-ray. Keep it immobolized as much as possible and go get it checked out. Better safe than sorry...the longer you put it off the more damage you risk.
