Every time I grill dinner my wife cuts up part of hers in to small pieces and feeds it to the cat. I am home alone and just grilled myself a T-bone. I ate every bite. The cat has sat outside the door raising Hell. She is expecting a share.
My wife has ruined the cat.

We feed our dogs and cat from the table, but not every time. They have also been taught their limits and what no means.
But this was curious: Just today my 12 year old cat decided she wanted some of our iced tea. She was shooed away, but kept begging. So I figured what the hell, it won't hurt her and gave her a bowl. She made it disappear in seconds. And this cat never begs for anything unless I'm opening a can of tuna.

I started feeding freshpet about 2/3 months ago and now none of the pets will eat people food, not even a beef roast I didn't want to throw out as it felt wasteful. the cats wont even eat cheese anymore!

I get it at the commissary and it's comparable in price to feeding a high end dry food like iams. try it and maybe your cat will stop begging for people food.

I have very weird cats .. i try for so many years to make them get use to foods, everytime i give them a little from my plate .... 95% wont touch the food ...the other time will get one bite and leave but until you give them that wont go but will not make trouble
will sit next to me and wait just look at me in my eyes until they get one bite..
if dont like the food will smell it and leave
