Believe it or not 23 states don't have helmet laws yet most fatalities are from head injuries. All 50 states have seat belt laws. Go figure.

I think your an absolute idiot if you ride without a helmet, but since it is up to the rider, I guess God will pick off the dumb ones one by one.

I'm also shocked that you are laughing about taking pics and doing video while riding after your friend just died on a motorcycle. Seems to me, you wouldn't be taking unnecessary risks. Did you not take a MSF course?

Yes I took the MSF course. My friend died from riding too fuckin fast for his abilities. I was doing 10 under the speed limit and riding with one hand. Anyone who rides for any period of time rides with one hand. It was hardly a risk.
You had better back off man. Thats really not cool. I did this yesterday, and I found out today that he died. Seriously just back off.

I, too, Think you should wear a helmet. Considering my job.. We deal with ALOT of motorcycle fatalities and those are WITH a helmet.

Um, you can die from going 25 in a 35 if you fall off and hit your head right. This is the exact reason why people die on motorcycles, taking risks. Why take risks?

I wasn't trying to be a dick, just stating an opinion. Are you mad at me because I'm pointing out the obvious? I didn't say your friend deserved to die and I'm sorry for your loss. I don't want to see another one lost to the sport of motorcycle riding, thats all.

I didnt know that so many states dont require helmets. I lived in NJ all my life and I know that it was a law there, and now moving to TN, it is a law here too. Some people think it shouldnt be a law, and you should wear one if you want to. My mother wouldnt be alive today if she wasnt wearing one in her accident.
