My net at home

I have been on the phone with the provider every day this week and still no net. I have yelled and threatened them and told them its no way to treat a customer. hell i even told them if its not done soon im going to the communication ombudsman.

Nothing until the 7th now i have to wait until :(

Dammit Dammit. Lucky i can jump on at work occasionally :p
 
Its a problem on their end, Im not over pushing it as it could be because of the floods or the cyclone that has ripped through qld lately BUT its very frustrating when i cant get it. They assured me i wonthave to pay for anything until it is connected so thats an upside. But the wait is doing my head in lol

People with "power" tend to abuse it eventually.

I agree with you. The Providers should not treat The Customers so poorly. It makes for bad business. However, I wish you good luck in getting service.
