....not for Thanksgiving but for Chinese dumplings. they are soooo yummy! Southern Chinese call them huan tun and in the North they are jiao zi. they look similar to each other and taste similar, but huan tun is more delicious


We don't celebrate Thanksgiving btw.


Dumplings look like this, but they can have different looks the one my mom is going to make is different

Yes....but we arent big on traditions...and we don't invite friends to our house anymore. For a big dinner you know. when I lived in Wisconsin we did but now...nope

And traditional Chinese restaurants, if you can actually find one... are amazing. There's only one in Cincinnati that I'd actually say is authentic, my ex-boss took Bryan and I to it... the entire menue was in Chinese and she had to order and translate for us

Everything else is Americanized, still good... just not traditional

come to my house for some Chinese food :nod: we have it almost everyday. Most Chinese restaurants are 'Americanized' though...so they arent real Chinese food still yummy though
