I have knee problems, which causes aches sometimes (shut up, I realize that I am a one-man ache factory).

But it's just because I have flat feet, and refused to wear orthotics in my shoes for the longest time. So it puts stress on your knees.

Do you have feet flat? Who knows.

I used to have to wear knee braces all the time, My left kneecap, floats, and I have a weak muscle in the back of my other knee.

But they dont bother me near like they used to when I was younger, Thank God.. I swear the main brace was originally created as a torture device

and weirderr, I have high arches, so I have more problem with my knees if I wear flats, then I do when I wear heels.

Ditto. I have plantar fasciitis (my arches are too high for the length of the tendon) and my doctors said the best shoes for it are ones with low heels (between one inch and two). I mainly wear sneakers, in which the arch support breaks down quickly, so I have to use either arch support inserts or tape them.

i thought plantar fasciitis was just a fancy word for heel spurs??
