went from a diet thread to a burger joint scramble...lets go to all of 'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You know what...come to think about it, I think we did just recently get one close to where I live. I'll have to make sure...I'm a sucker for a good burger. We usually eat at Red Robin - their burgers are hard to beat!
I haven't been to Red Robin in forever. The spicy chicken strips are off the hook.

Okay, so yesterday I had 3,300 calories (was supposed to have 1970!!!) new day! onward and upward my friends!!!
okay, what a difference a day makes...yesterday I took in 800 calories less than what I was supposed to! yes! plus we bought a watermelon yesterday and fresh fruit does the body good!!!
we did that five years ago and lost ten pounds....then reverted to our old ways...lesson learned!!! but this diet plan I have been sticking to and been brutally honest as to what I have been eating and doing.My gf uses Weight Watchers and their online tracker. It's been the most successful diet I've seen. It may not work for everyone and you have to be disciplined, but she still gets to eat all the foods she's always loved and continues to lose inches as well as pounds.

I am keeping true to all that I have eaten and surprisingly they have nearly all of the foods I have eaten so there are no excuses for not doing it!!I'm still using myfitnesspal, it's actually quite rewarding to see when I'm overeating and when I'm doing well so far I've been managing to keep within my 1200 calories a day... I was gutted though, the boyfriend signed up too and he gets like double the allowance a day that I do!
