I just registered on that site and put my food intake and exorcise for today, it told me I'm starving myself lol

You know what...come to think about it, I think we did just recently get one close to where I live. I'll have to make sure...I'm a sucker for a good burger. We usually eat at Red Robin - their burgers are hard to beat!

You should i think try In N Out Burger or FatBurger too, if you guys have those burger joints. They're also ones with the best burgers :nod:

Oh yeah, you guys should have Portillos isn't it- given Ohio is very bear Illionois :D Portillos has burgers comparable to In N Out :thumbup



I haven't been to Red Robin in forever. The spicy chicken strips are off the hook.

Okay, so yesterday I had 3,300 calories (was supposed to have 1970!!!) new day! onward and upward my friends!!!

Lol PJ :) I was about 570 calories over what I should have had yesterday, which was 1200.

Doing well today though! Still got 970 calories left for dinner and snacks :D

okay, what a difference a day makes...yesterday I took in 800 calories less than what I was supposed to! yes! plus we bought a watermelon yesterday and fresh fruit does the body good!!!

finished up yesterdays entry...not as much (we went out for dinner) and surprised me they actually had what I had for dinner on their listings of foods...but not completely though, will have to mention that to them....good luck dieters!!!!

My gf uses Weight Watchers and their online tracker. It's been the most successful diet I've seen. It may not work for everyone and you have to be disciplined, but she still gets to eat all the foods she's always loved and continues to lose inches as well as pounds.

My gf uses Weight Watchers and their online tracker. It's been the most successful diet I've seen. It may not work for everyone and you have to be disciplined, but she still gets to eat all the foods she's always loved and continues to lose inches as well as pounds.
we did that five years ago and lost ten pounds....then reverted to our old ways...lesson learned!!! but this diet plan I have been sticking to and been brutally honest as to what I have been eating and doing.

I'm still using myfitnesspal, it's actually quite rewarding to see when I'm overeating and when I'm doing well :) so far I've been managing to keep within my 1200 calories a day... I was gutted though, the boyfriend signed up too and he gets like double the allowance a day that I do!

that is awesome!!!! I am keeping true to all that I have eaten and surprisingly they have nearly all of the foods I have eaten so there are no excuses for not doing it!!

Yeah I've found almost everything I eat on a regular basis is already listed so it's been really easy to fill in!

I started using this last week... I evidently signed up for it a long time ago and never used it. :24: The iPhone app is far superior to the one I was using previously. Now I just need them to update the iPhone app so that it reads UPC codes like the Android one does. People have pretty much listed almost everything that I've put into it so far, so that makes it awfully convenient. I'm normally coming in right around my calorie goal after an hour of exercise. Some days I've only netted 400-500 calories though because of exercise, which... since I got the nutrition from the food, amount out to be just lost weight in the end.
