My oldest child will be 10 yrs old on November 28th, right around Thanksgiving. And there is never really many choices of things to do being with the weather as cold as it is. She is wanting to invite a bunch of her school friends so she doesnt want to have it at home. Last year we had a pizza party at Pizza Hut, which ended up being a rip-off. Year before that we had her an indoor swimming party at the YMCA. That was pretty cool. But I found out that Mid America Museum does birthday parties. Which that place is a really cool place to go to. I havent been there myself in a long time so I did some hunting online and found some prices. The prices are not bad at all to have a birthday party there. For 15 kids and all the things they offer, it is only $150.00! Thats not bad considering my other daughter had her birthday party at this place called "Cooking for Kids" where all the kids got to bake their own miniature birthday cakes and decorate them and they charged almost $300.00

That's looks interesting.

My daughter had her 10th birthday last month at a bowling alley.

She also went to a birthday party a week ago at a cooking school for kids; something called Young Chef's Academy. It cost $400 for almost 15 kids. But my daughter loves to cook, so she was in heaven.

We also have around here places called Bamboola and The Jungle, similar to each other; basically lots of climbing mazes and tunnels and such, plus an arcade and a pizza party. Mostly for younger kids, though, it seems.

She's also been to a place where they climb walls inside a 3 story + tall building. That was a blast for her.

Also, she's been to indoor gyms, miniature golf, ice skating...
