I've actually never heard that term before, but once I googled it the definition makes perfect sense.

I don't know what the term would be for me...go away to college and come back home to support my mom. :dunno

Doesn't define the whole generation but a part of it for sure. We have a lot of friends with grown children back home after college or other choices.

i went off to college and came home after so i booomeranged there....then i went up to NY and came back with my wife and kids...so i boomeranged again....fucking aussies....LOL
